If you're not happy with your order, you can request a return within 30 days of delivery. Products must be in their original packaging (opened or unopened) to be eligible.

How to Start a Return

1. Email us at hello@hydryte.com with your order number

2. We'll confirm your eligibility and provide a return shipping label

3. Ship the product back using the provided label

4. Once received, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Received a damaged or wrong item? Contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo, and we'll send a replacement or issue a full refund — no return required.
